Project Disha
Overview of the Disha Project:
Education is one of the most powerful tools to break the cycle of poverty. However, for many children from underprivileged families, financial constraints, lack of parental support, and social challenges often lead to school dropouts or discontinuation of studies. To address this issue, the SAAD Foundation launched Project Disha, a scholarship program that provides financial assistance, educational materials, and mentorship support to deserving students from economically weaker backgrounds. The initiative ensures that no child is deprived of education due to financial hardship and that every child is guided towards a brighter future — a “Disha” (direction) for life.
